    • Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and get back to you within 2-3 business days with a proposal, including pricing and timeline.

    • You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the design before we start crafting.

  3. Crafting and Delivery

    • After approval, we’ll begin the crafting process. Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on complexity.

    • Once finished, we’ll ship your one-of-a-kind piece to your doorstep, ready to be loved and admired.
