Shipping and Delivery
Q: How long does it take to process and ship an order? A: Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future—stay tuned!

Returns and Exchanges

Q: Can I return a custom order? A: Unfortunately, custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged? A: We take great care in packaging our items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
